  • Do you do custom or corporate gift baskets?
    Yes and Yes. We can make a basket from our curated gift shop for any budget.
  • Why dont you have store hours?
    To keep prices low we keep staffing minimal, do our own deliveries and flower pickups when possible. We even spend time on our farm growing flowers in warm months. There are long periods of quiet in a small town shop and it helps to be productive. You can always buy online, call us or make an appointment to come in and shop.
  • How do I keep my flowers fresh and lasting longer?
    Keep your flowers clean by changing your vase water often. If you notice leaves under the water line remove them. You can trim your stems if you feel they are not taking in enough water. We do trim stems and remove as many leaves as possible before you buy them. We buy high quality fresh flowers weekly from reputable wholesalers that follow cold chain protocol to keep them fresh. We do not keep them in our store more than a week and they are kept in the cooler when possible. You do not need to put your flowers in the fridge at home, its too cold and there is not usually enough humidity.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
